The right mindset must be built to really pursue and build your child's game with any hope of becoming a good player. I do not think I am going out on the limb when saying players must become obsessed to succeed.
It takes obsession and commitment to create an “everyday discipline.” Ninety percent of a player's motivation to train comes from within. This is a completely different approach than how youth basketball operates today…and what makes it so difficult is… families have the mindset that the time they are putting into basketball embraces discipline and dedication.
